Refund Policy
Refund Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 30 days. All returned items must be unaltered, unused and in sellable condition. Most refunds will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped. If you are not able to ship the item back to our facility you might be eligible for a 50% refund. We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local customs. It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. SuperPeachSkin is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods. If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please contact us including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Items bought on sale are FINAL SALE, we do not process returns or refunds on sale items.
